Class Descriptions:

 INTRODUCTION TO AGILITY- This class is for those new to the sport of agility. Everything in the class will be low and slow so that you dog will get the proper foundation, and skills to be able to compete someday, or that you will be able to play agility safely with your dog.  (Skill Level 1, 2)

 BEGINNERS AGILITY 1- Start to work on the contact obstacles, weave poles, spread jumps, and other obstacles, Start to link obstacles together into small sequences. (Skill Levels1, 2)

 BEGINNERS AGILITY 2- Expand on your training of contacts, weaves, etc. Link obstacles together into longer sequences and short courses. (Skill Levels 2, 3) 

ADVANCED BEGINNERS –Work on improving your handling skills to become prepared for entry level competitions. Learn the proper places for crosses, sends, acceleration, deceleration etc. (Skill Levels 2, 3)

 INTERMEDIATE AGILITY 1 - Sharpen your handling skills; improve the timing and commands that you communicate to your dog working through difficult sequences. and short courses. (Skill levels 3, 4)

 ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE AGILITY- Build on the skills you have all ready developed. Learn to handle more difficult sequences, and courses. (Dogs must be able to do a minimum of six straight up weave poles to enter this class.) (Skill levels 4, 5)

 ADVANCED COMPETITION - Learn to work an agility course with your dog in the most efficient times possible. Shave seconds from your course times, and apply new handling techniques. Learn to cue your dog in an efficient and timely manner, handle discriminations, and develop distance work with your dog. Dogs must be proficient with all obstacles at normal heights and the weave poles to enter this class.) (Skill levels 5-6)

 PRACTICAL OBEDIENCE & PUPPY CLASS - This class is designed to help your dog become a more acceptable member of your family. We will teach the dog to walk on a loose leash beside you, wait for you to go through a door without knocking you over, to sit and stay on command, and to meet other humans and dogs in a calm manner. This class is not designed to be a formal obedience class to prepare you for competition.

 AGILITY LEAGUE Fun! Fun! Fun ! Enter your team in the league, and be paired up with other agility enthusiasts for some light, friendly competitive fun with other teams at your skill level.  Give your dog an inexpensive chance to play under near trial conditions, and for you to practice your team’s skills just for a fun night out.  (Skill levels 3, 4, 5, and 6) Dogs must be in. or have completed an intermediate agility 1 class or its equivalent to play in the league
